Highdown School and Sixth Form has been granted funding by National College of Teaching and Learning to deliver Teacher Subject Specialism Training (TSST) in Physics. The programmes will run from October 2017 to July 2018.

Training comprises of 3 full one day conferences and 6 further afternoon subject knowledge and pedagogy based training sessions through the academic year. Furthermore, each participant will have a mentor and will receive regular support.

Afternoon One: Tuesday 5th December 2017

Afternoon Two: Tuesday 30th January 2018

Afternoon Three: Tuesday 20th February 2018

Afternoon Four: Tuesday 24th April 2018

Afternoon Five: Tuesday 15th May 2018

Afternoon Six: Tuesday 19th June 2018
