Week B

Planning for Life beyond Highdown

We dedicate a lot of time in the Sixth Form to offering students advice and opportunities to help make the transition from Sixth Form to the wider worlds of employment, higher education and training.

Careers

Students can self-refer or be referred by their Mentor to meet with the careers adviser.

Highdown has a range of resources available to guide students in all years to choosing a career path. This includes information about professions, universities, having a gap year, applying for jobs and apprenticeships.

Companies in the local area and universities like to keep us informed about careers events they are hosting.

You can find all this information on our careers page: Careers Adviser and Resources
