Schedule for Booking Parents’ Evenings
To ensure that all parents have an equal opportunity to make appointments with all the staff that they wish to see on Parents’ Evening a reminder will be sent out by ParentMail one week before the bookings are made available.
In some year groups teachers teach three or more groups. It would be impossible for these teachers to see parents of all their students in one evening. For any parents who are unable to book an appointment with a particular teacher there will be an opportunity to complete a contact slip to arrange a follow-up.
