Applying to Highdown Sixth Form
Entry to Highdown Sixth Form is subject to successful completion of your current course of study and meeting the requirements for your chosen subjects. All applicants will be invited to an interview to discuss their course choices and future plans.
We look for students who are committed, hardworking and keen to make the most of Sixth Form life. The Published Admission Number (PAN) for external applicants joining Year 12 in September 2027 is 30 places, although this may increase depending on the number of internal applicants.

Sixth Form Tours
For families who have not visited Highdown before, guided tours will take place on 12 November 2026 at 9.05am. Book your place HERE.
Applications
Applications open on 3 November 2026 and close on 4 December 2026. Applicants will receive a confirmation email and regular updates throughout the admissions process. Interviews will take place after Christmas before offers are made.
